Whenever I get the help, personal attention and results that complete what my needs are, by someone who represents a good company, I feel like I made a wise decision by choosing them. But in cases where a single person who works there takes it upon herself to work with me like I’m the only person and problem that she has let me say I was fortunate to have Melina Rowe as my agent. She worked with me on regular business hours as well as after hours and even on the weekends to get the insurance that I needed. As much as want to say about her professional knowledge and guidance with my insurance needs, then came the additional bonus of saving me almost $500.00 per year on my homeowners insurance. I contacted Peter Mccumber agency for new home insurance and auto quotes. I spoke with Jasmin, she provided many options for my new home purchase, as well as reviewing my current auto insurance. I received a great homeowner's quote. and the auto insurance is 1/2 of what I was paying! (No one is kidding when they tell you to check your policy/pricing each year!) I had many questions with coverage options and pricing. Jasmin was quick to reply to my questions kindly and was so pleasant and helpful without being pushy. “IF” you are looking for a new insurance company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREATFLORIDA-PETERMCCUMBER!! I was blessed with an agent named Melina Rowe. That lady exceeded ALL expectations and then some. I have no idea where she had her training BUT ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!! I was trying to help my 92 year old mom find new insurance. She had been with State Farm 70 years with no claims and was dropped. Her home is 70 years old and had a couple minor problems. Melina helped us find an inspector. He was wonderful as well. What took the longest was getting a roofer to work in there schedule replacing a couple shingles and an electrician to fix a minor problem. Melina was with me every step of the way. There are no words to describe how amazing she was. She most definitely is a five star employee and I would recommend this company and especially her to any and everybody. Thank you so very much!!!
