I decided to shop homeowners insurance after seeing a posting on the Nextdoor Ap that spoke very highly of Jessica McCumber at Farmers Insurance. The poster stated signifigant savings with Farmers Insurance and was very happy with the service Jessica provided them. I did the research and Farmers is a highly rated company with a long time in the business and a strong rating. I got in touch with Jessica and she was very professional, personable and easy to speak with as well as doing exactlywhat she said she would regarding communicating with me. Comparing apples to apples in coverage, she found that Farmers rates were a little less than $200 a year than my current insurer. My current insurer who I had only been with for three years, had done a complete roof/gutter replacement for me last year due to hail and wind damage and I felt that it would be the right thing to do to allow them to recoup some of their losses. However I will seriously consider switching to Farmers based on my research and experience with Jessica, should my current company do another cost increase. I hope that this review helps someone else make the decision to switch to Farmers and Jessica as their agent. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! July 2022 UPDATE My current insurer, Heritage, went up again, so I contacted Farmers and got an updated quote. Saved over $400 a year with Farmers! Highly Recommended! I've had many interactions with Farmers' agents as a member for over 30 years. Without exception Mr. McCumber's staff rates above all others. They fully answer questions in a professional yet friendly caring manner. If the say they'll get back to you on an inquiry....they do and they do it a the time promised. I highly recommend this agency for all your insured needs.

Very happy with my insurance from this company because they have reasonable rates will be getting homeowners insurance through them when that time comes. I would highly recommend they're service to friends and family. The employee by the name of Ashley from the Leesburg branch was a wonderful person to work with on the phone. She answered all my questions,she was polite and pleasant to work with give that girl a gold star ⭐✨ and a raise because she is someone you want to keep at your organization

My wife and I were shopping for new homeowners insurance and it was suggested to reach out to Peter and his associate Madison to help us save money. Absolutely fantastic experience. I got a great quote from Jessica McCumber. she followed up with all the information I needed and she issued my policy within 5 days. The price was $1500 less than my current homeowners policy and the customer service was wonderful. Will recomend her to my neighbors.
